Sri Lanka definitely has a littering problem, but it is nowhere near as bad as it is in India. Hence Sri Lanka looks clean to an Indian. Same way a Sri Lankan will visit Singapore and be shocked at how much cleaner Singapore is than Sri Lanka!

most of the semi trucks used in sri lanka are european DAF and Renault being the most common, small 1ton-10ton trucks are mostly japanese, Mitsubishi fuso and Isuzu elf's being the most common,=. majority of the cement mixer trucks are either japanese or chinese and all of the dump trucks are almost exclusively indian very specifically LAL

Sri Lanka has a littering problem and is not as clean as it should be. However India is worse, so to an Indian it 'looks clean', but it really is not. If you want to see clean, visit Singapore.

I have the following suggestions: 1. Kashmir to Kanyakumari using RTC buses (Volvo, Sleeper, Normal- mix of all kinds) 2. Guwahati to Dwarka in Volvo 3. Longest journey of some of the RTCs 4. Lakshadweep by Sarkari cruise ship 5. Golden Quadrilateral by bus/train Outside India, Iran and Turkey are not much explored and are relatively cheap in buses/trains (I heard).
