Exactly. There's another, far better KZbin video from a Boston area hospital. They stress this is a WATER based test, not FECES. They say to move the brush OUTSIDE and AROUND the poop, not making ANY contact with it. Water contact only. I'm going with that one.

I am also now confused. I just watched another video that said to not even touch the poop, just the water above it. This video says to brush the surface of the poop. Does ANYONE on here know how this test is actually supposed to be done???

I remember that I did brush the poop, but very ligtly... It was successfully tested, though. So, I'm sure a lil' poop on your mailed test isn't a big deal.
