Colonel Hathi's Internal Monologue

I was messing around with the Eleven Lab synthetic voice, decided to try something out with the jungle book footage I recently uploaded.

firstly, thank you for your kind words! I'm glad you like it and want to give it a go. My process on the elevenlabs was this: I cropped all of the lines of dialogue out of the "no music" video I made, I got about a minute-long sample of Hathi talking and that's all it needed to produce an accurate voice. in the description I put "old british male voice, hoarse, nasal and resonant" then depending on the delivery I wanted I added words like "ponderous" or "shouting". then from there I used text-to-speech and generated results, occasionally messing around with the sliders until I found deliveries I liked. here's a link: elevenlabs.io/?from=partnerbarnes2856 a few words of advice: if you use the free version, you will run out of text characters very fast (you get 10000). I signed up for the creator one, which gives me 100000 to use this month. also, it does occasionally struggle with the accent. If you use american-english words, it will use an american accent. I did think of that as well. It might be possible to do the matriarch's voice, but as for the other characters, I don't think there's enough dialogue without background noise (music, other characters talking). The ai needs about a minute of dialogue to make sense of the voice. I'll experiment with it and see what works

I see the screen is zoomed out slightly, since we got the new special editions, the camera seemed to zoomed in a little. I think this would've been a better idea if we could get most of the moving backgrounds in these scenes in this view.

I'm not sure I follow your meaning. This is the original 35mm film version, which is what audiences would have seen at theatres when it was released. I recently acquired a bluray of and ripped it
