COLONEL SOUL SUCKS - COLSOUL SHOWCASE ARM CHANGE: ELEM RAGE (vs GridmanSP MMBN5)

This one is actually more Elemrage's fault for being such a bad chip... Elemrage when boosted will normally only hit twice if the enemy is in the same row as you. RNG massively at play here because I needed Gridman to charge at me so that he would end up taking three hits total and often times he just wouldn't charge and throw a football instead, ending the run.
ArmChange really should have given a flatbuff or increased charge time.
This took 13 hours of attempts.

Thanks, man! I saw there was only 1 video on youtube from like 12 years ago so I figured I'd up it to a grand total of ...3, lol. The other ColSoul showcase vid I made took 16.5 hours. RNG's a bitch.

Ok, if I'm understanding elemrage: with a charging attacker, you can potentially deal insane amount of damage with it and vdoll/ grass seed right? So, full sync elemrage on lava panel = 720 on enemy on grass, since 180 X 2 X 2 (fire on grass + full sync). Then, multiply by 3 if you have a neighbouring vdoll and you counter hit the charging attacker (hit him when he's shocked back), so that's 2160 damage. Idk it seems like that would be a fun experiment

I hope you're not issuing this as a Challenge, IPZ! xD One minor correction, Elemrage can actually proc 3x off base damage. 90 for the first hit, they teleport back to their original column to take two instances of that third panel's active hitbox (similar to BN4's Elmperor chips without anubis) thanks to the counter refreshing them. So a full sync would do 180 x 3 = 540, as a base. Add the fire elem rage (you'd have the throw the lavaseed before the grassseed so that your grass panels override that columns of lava that intrudes their field possibly giving them i-frames) and you get one additional hit before the fire elem rage depletes all the grass (unless you can time the counter hit such that they teleport back to their original column before the grass is depleted??) So now it's 360 + 360 + 180 = 900 --- _It is at this point I reread your comment and realized you already mentioned being able to get 3x with base elemrage, lmao_ Vdoll would add another 360 so we're at 1260 total. So I'm not seeing where you got the additional. o.o

@@rebycVG base damage of elemrage on lava is 180 fire damage no? Then the big spread of damage is only one instance, instead of multiple instances like bn4. Man, maybe I should pick up where I left off for team protoman 🤔

@@Zetsu-IPZ Haha, bad news for ya, IPZ. Base damage is a mere 90... And on top of that, we just confirmed that ElemRage doesn't pick up your sacrificial panel either. x_x It stays null. No bonus from there. But the cherry on top? Let's say you try an Anubis/PP combo with wind/fan? (Hell, even the Boomer chips) None of which are possible in BN5. ._. Boomer procs i-frames, and Anubis/PP no longer clear them!
