Here’s how I played the beastmen, specifically malagor because he has it the least worst thanks to the fact he has decent magic and he’s no where close to the empire starting off. Basically rush the Top Knotz capital, make sure only Malagor has units in his herd. Destroy there settlements in a counter clockwise fashion to effectively kill them off in a speedy fashion. Once that’s done head to Iket Claw, help him finish off Estalia and from there go ruin Brettonia and the empire. There are a lot of smaller things I could say but that would take forever so some small quick things, make sure you and Iket are allies ether defensively or Military wise by the time estalia is finished. Do not have over 16 units in your army till you can safely protect your brayherd, farm for Nergul’s foul stink and building Malagor’s army around that, and have a cygor spam army. If you fail to do those 2 things you’re basically asking for your ass to be beaten on the higher difficulties. Lower difficulties you don’t need to but it’s an absolute mandatory for very hard and legendary. It’s literally the most cost effective way at that point to win the campaign with those 2 armies as your front line rampaging while any ally you made along the way assists in colonizing. Also confederate any beastmen faction you run into and destroy there army except the lord and hide those 1 lord armies to grow and give you more room for Gorebulls and Bray shaymons.

I feel that they mistookly switched Mhorgur and Khazrak starting position... This after learning the lore of both of them. Good thing about the beastmen: khazrak can have a 0 unkeep (not mindid supply lines and lord unkeep) bestigor army, and you can have many 0 unkeep centigor armies (not ount the lord and the heroes with the trait that lowers the unkeep cost)

Imo the dark moon effects are better than the grombrindal stuff His buffs are focused on him while the dark moon affects all your armies, so it's technically better right from turn 1 since beastmen do start with two armies

I take khazrak, follow legend's 20 turns guide and then instead of going to bretonia I go to the border princes, kill the dwarves if they are still weak enough and then go into the empire

Ordertide? In 2021? What ordertide? Since the addition of endless of shitty sub factions every dlc the order tide turned into a greenskin vampire tide now. In all my games dwarfs dont last past turn 100, empire vanishes at 160. I hope wh3 wont be bloated shit like wh2 has become
