Also, you have a misconception with tractive effort. Tractive effort is not acceleration. It's how well the locomotive applies it's power to the rails. So for example if you have a locomotive with high power and low tractive effort, it will do really well with pulling light express trains quickly. If it were to pull a heavy freight load, it would experience wheel slip, or just wouldn't be able to pull as well and won't get to top speed. However, a locomotive with a little bit lower power and higher tractive effort will give you more consistent performance pulling heavy freight but won't achieve the high speeds required for passenger service. You can think of it like power is how big the motor is, and tractive effort is how good the transmission and tires are.

If you're looking for a new freight loco I would suggest the Ten Wheeler. The Atlantic is an express PAX loco as evidenced by the four large driving wheels. The Ten Wheeler is much more suited for freight (and it's new to the game. OOoOOoOo)

That tunnel entrance you subjected to beatification, looks like all the tracksides in the UK when steam was still the thing, the sparks from the loco stack would regularly set fire to the foliage trackside, saved a fortune in cutting it back from the line. Also it'd end up looking a bit patchy.

You really gotta try a "Dry" map sometime with canyons and mesas on max setting. 16 million for a 200 meter bridge (because it's a kilometer above the water level)? SLAP IT IN! Zig-zagging your way up an entire plateu with the only oil refinery on the map up there? Another 10 mil, enjoy. It's great fun, but hard.

I was up to 1949. Had millions in the bank and was earning in the positive. In bought 2 larger aircraft and replaced all my Mack trucks and opals with new Studebakers. Suddenly I was losing money at an alarming clip. Everything was in the red. I could not stop the fall. All I did was replace vehicles and add 2 planes. Even after I sold the planes it still didn’t help.

We started with a Citadel and ended with a hamlet and an 8 track station. All the dozing bulls in the city had to jump in to the sea to save themselves. Well, why were the bulls dozing in the city? I don't know, can't ask them, they've all jumped in to the sea now.

I love your no prisoners approach to building, I was watching Grand T play and he uses the bus stations as through roads which I thought you might find interesting and helpful, delete some road attach bus station to end of road add a road in modular directly opposite and car's also still pass through and a train station can connect to it
