I am a associate Professor and I had applied one of the well known private University in Noida and when I sent them my CV ,their first question was do you have Scopus published paper then I said no.They replied me sorry unfortunately we are not accepting your application. Without considering my qualifications, my experience and intelligence. But if I have Scopus publication they will definitely consider me. I have UGC listed journal publication but it is not working. This is the height of injustice in academic field.
