Our favourite luxury buffet in Singapore: Colony at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. You absolutely gotta come here if you live in Singapore or are visiting: you’ll be amazed by the array of international and local specialties offered for your tasting pleasure. Expect to feast on delicacies from around the world, but with a strong emphasis on local Singaporean and regional Asian specialties.
The spread is massive, including a cold seafood station with scallops, fresh jumbo prawns and crabs; a sashimi counter offering Japanese fare to a dim sum corner, Asian roast carvery, Indian, Western and Chinese stations, salad bar, charcuterie area and a spectacular dessert section.
Coffee (long black, espresso, cappuccino, latte, Americano etc) and tea (ask your server for their current selection of fine teas) are included in the buffet price, as are fresh fruit juices (served at the juice bar). Alcohol and any other drinks are charged separately, and have to be ordered from the ala carte menu.
Lunch and dinner buffets are offered, every day of the week.
Colony also does a champagne brunch buffet.
