Been to Colony once for my Mum's Bday, the food was great and the selection was fantastic. Love the ambience too. Been to the restaurant before Colony took over at Ritz Carlton as their buffet restaurant, it was named Greenhouse and the food was delicious as well.

Absolutely wonderful looking food . I been lucky to have been twice to Singapore its just a wonderful place to visit , i had a lot of street food there just fantastic and cheap well back then itwas . This was down by the Singapore lion ( not sure if that is the correct name) . A great video as always .

This buffet features some food and snacks only available in Singapore. When taking oysters it is advisable to add lots of lemon juice to counteract anything that can give you a tummy ache. In fact add lemon juice to anything raw especially seafood.

I did make one, I think best to do so because it was actually pretty full when I went! and seeing as it's a buffet that goes on from 6PM - 10 PM, most people will stay pretty much the entire duration so I dont think there'll be second seatings
