Just beautiful mixes...I have a lot of your colors and pigments, including these two. The greens that Tanya mixed and then tinted are all gorgeous and look very usable for landscapes and even certain clouds.

It’s interesting that you say Ultramarine blue is colder and Prussian is warmer. I agree! There seems to be a lot of people that think red is warmer than yellow and therefore say it backwards when talking about blues. I don’t know why it gets confused.

It is, of course, subjective, regarding hues of blue, since blue is a cold color to begin with, but this is how we see it.

Mixed with lead white the colour appears to remain the same, but lighter. While with Titanium white it becomes more cool. Which is how, I myself, find it in painting pictures,

Thanks so much for making this videos. Would using lemon ocher in the underpainting make more sense given its bigger particle size, or it wouldn't make much difference?

The particle size plays a more important role in the painting where you either want texture or transparency.
