You was supposed to apply to clean hair. It probably didn't take that well due to the gel on your hair. But it worked a little.

It actually said in the directions not to shampoo 48-72 hours before using the remover so I did was I was supposed too. & it didn’t take well because when I applied the black over my bleached hair I kept that black for a long time so much didn’t come out.

Before school starts back she wants to be black again. I’m trying to figure out how to do it without having green hair. Thanks
