Makes sense, as a DHH teacher and sister of a Dead teen. I totally agree with providing access to visual language. My only thought is why did she go from a high school class mainstreamed to 1st grade addition in ASL? It seems a bit odd. I do like the premise of your video though. :)

think they were "younger" classes so that the mom could learn sign from the basics up (like how lower-level spoken language classes teach you how to say what your name is and where you're from and what your favorite food is and upper-level classes teach you how to explain hypothetical situations and give complex advice)
