I have an olive complexion that doesn't look good unless my highlights are toned a gold shade. My hair was professionally done but I have one part of my bangs that went very red. I am wondering if the Redken color you recommend would be too ashy as I typically like warm-toned blonde? Guess you'd say I have a money piece in the front near my face and some golden blonde highlights in my bangs but mostly caramel highlights all over in my brunette hair. Some gray so I have my roots done. Don't know what to do about the very red highlight on one side of my bangs. Thanks for your videos. New to your channel and loving it!

I toned my hair (Wella T16) with 10 volume developer (Wella cream ) and it actually slightly lifted my dark blonde roots (it was on my hair only 10 mins). Thank God it is very subtle, but there is an orange glint on my natural hair . I have read over and over that 10 volume doesn't lift , so why did this happen? I've never noticed this happen at the salon when they tone my highlights. What gives??

I’ve binge watched too many of your videos lol 🤦🏽‍♀️ I made the mistake I heard you say not to make in another video - did babylights using a permanent colour on a level 4 brunette client who wanted a very dark caramel/toffee to add richness to her hair not necessarily light/deep contrast. Issue is the highlights faded to a level 6 orange, and needs to fix it at her next appointment. She said she loves warmth to her hair but wants it to be more dark caramel than orange. Am I going to have to suggest lifting her to a pale 7 almost 8 to remove the straight up orange and tone down to 6 to get what we need and tone out the left over orange babylights with a level 4 neutral brown until they grow out?
