I typically don’t like those rides bc last time it flung me forward at the drop and hurt 😕 But I love splash Mountain that’s way smoother ❤

Ah OK, yes the deceleration can be quite harsh when the boat hits the water. Most boats are fitted with a handrail at the side. If you hold onto this and have your feet pressed up against the front of the boat to hold you in place, it makes a massive difference.
