Colorado let two of those games get away from them mid season. If they got those two games last season would have been so electrifying. But I personally still feel that last season was a win because they were able to see what they really needed. Then come back this season so much more better. Colorado had a lot of building to do and they had to believe.

@ardavidiAD11 ай бұрын
All in all this was a good start to flourishing seasons in the future. So many people are calling this a fail, but in reality the only fails were the expectations that outsiders put on the team and Coach Prime’s direction for them. Throughout the entire season Coach Prime showed what it means to be an exemplary leader. It’s difficult to now bash them as a whole because of how the season ended and to say “they suck”, because they don’t. The team is new, the staff is new, everything is simply new, who can be mad at that? It’s still GO BUFFS over here, but hey, thats just my opinion. The picture of a puzzle cannot be throughly seen until all the pieces are put together, just have to be patient.

Regarding the part about Deion "saving HBCU's"... he brought millions into Jackson State and the surrounding community just on the strength of his name, he brought in the media and Amazon Prime video to spot light the Prime Effect which had all eyes watching HBCU football, he attracted all kinds of scouts and yet people who never donated a dime nor raised money for HBCU'S had the nerve to call him a sell out because he left!!! He is not the solution to HBCU'S he was the one to shine the biggest spot light on them and the rest of us were supposed to get inspired see the need and help him where he left off! Nothing worse than ungrateful lazy people who only complain rather than be a part of the solution.

I love your channel. Thank you for taking the time to put this together. It's well done! I can admit, I never watch cfb a day in my life until Coach Prime. Once they started losing and it was hard to find unbiased analysis of their games, even from "Prime" KZbinrs that were comparing him to tenured Power Five HC or NFL coaches as if that makes sense. So I did my research to gain perspective and compare Coach Prime's success/failure against the other Power Five's 10 first-year head coaches. AZ State, Stanford, Purdue, MS state, Cincinnati, Georgia Tech, Auburn, Nebraska, Wisconsin and Louisville. Here's what i learned about these 11 coaches: • 7 of 11 - won 5 games or less • 4 of 11 - have improved records from 2022 (Colorado, Georgia Tech, Louisville and Nebraska) • 1 of 11 - inherited a 1-11 2022 team (Colorado) • 1 of 11 performed as expected with 4 wins, but considered a failure (Colorado) • 1 of 11 - Is a first year D1 Head Coach (Colorado) • 1 of 11 - Was never a D1 HC, OC, DC, NFL coach, Asst HC or PC(Colorado) • 1 of 11 - had a completely new coaching staff and 80% new roster (Colorado) • 11 of 11 did nothing spectacular on the field tbh Normal expectations for new HC is lose big year 1, lose close year 2, win close year 3 and win big year 4. Example - Jedd Fisher, since taking over 0-5 (covid) Arizona. • 1-11 year 1- 2021 • 5-7 year 2 - 2022 • 9-3 year 3 - 2023 His win/loss record 15/21. He's currently in the playoffs and beat a Colorado's first-year D1 HC by 3 points. When you put Colorado's completely new coaching staff and their patchwork player roster assembled less than 8 months ago in perspective ... 4 wins, 2 blowouts losses, 5 (1) score losses and every team played as if CU was their superbowl this was a successful season. People shouldn't be mad or hate because they bought into the hype and increased their own expectations of Colorado. It's ok to be disappointed, we wanted them to win more. Next season will be better, but don't expect the improbable.

You are so spot on especially your research! What coach prime did in year one showcased a lot of hope and a jolt of life into a program that needed it & even Nick Saban talked about his first year struggles with Alabama before when he first got there it was a struggle. So I’m looking forward to seeing what coach prime does next year! I’m glad coach prime brought you into college football & thank you for taking the time to comment!

How is this not in video format? Seeing this makes you wonder why so many networks are making such a big deal out of Primes first year record, compared to others. They'll usually use the lame excuse of him "talking too much" the normal stereotype they put on black men or he dared to tell these kids they COULD WIN NOW, all the things a Coach SHOULD be telling his players. As an Editor I've thought of putting together a video comparing Colorado and Prime first year with many others, since folks seem to not comprehend well unless they can visualize it. Same when comparing Chip Kelly, who they see as a GREAT Coach, gave the man plenty of time and Grace to get things right, hard to find one complaint when the man went 3 wins, 4 wins, 3 wins again, and FINALLY getting to 8 in year 4 with UCLA. If that was Prime, folks would lose their damn minds and be calling for his FIRING immediately...hell, the Hate is so bad they're already doing it now lol. Shout out to good men like Rick George, if not for folks like him it would be easy to lose hope in our society, people are so damn Hateful, you can hear it, see it flowing from these guys when their speaking. 20:42 There is a LOT and I mean a LOT of white guys like this, every week these dudes were hoping and praying for this man to lose as if their soul was on the line, it was just coming from a place of HATE, I'm not one that buy the constrictive criticism bs because if you asked ANY of these people to show you where they had the same energy towards Chip Kelly or any of the others, they couldn't do it, so clearly that criticism is reserved for ONE MAN, not even so much the team, They Hate Prime and Shedeur, and thats generally who most of the Haters focus on more than anyone else. The research here is Awesome man, I'd like to see someone put this in a video form, if not I could do it myself having 3 channels, this one being the smallest, but none are sports based lol...maybe that needs to change.

@@DaManAbove They're not going to talk about it, because than they would have to explain how a HC that's only been coaching at the collegiate level since 2020 (HBCU) came within 1 score of winning games against tenure D1 coaches without an O line. Coach Prime is a problem.

CU has a jeweler for the entire football team for whoever wants jewelry . They have rappers and other celebrities not only coming to the games but also visiting CU on a weekly basis. Alot of these players will not be drafted into the NFL this is the most attention they will ever get on the field everybody can't handle that. Camera lights glitz glam celebrities jewelry fans asking 2 take pictures it makes them feel like celebrities and they lose focus. CU almost get as much media as the NFL everybody has cameras in these players faces. They can't focus on the game when they r being treated like celebrities. CU has all this coverage and losing games its not adding up. They need 2 get some of these cameras off the team and stop all these celebrities and rappers from visiting the locker room and school during the week. Stop focusing on jewelry and materialism. Other college teams don't get the coverage that CU gets and they have a way better record. CU went Hollywood and lost. They need 2 make some changes.
