I have been to every single state in the United States. I have traveled all over the world and witnessed many beautiful places in my life. In my mind nothing is as majestic as driving down I-75 in Tennessee during the Summer with your convertible top down or t-tops off. Especially when you see it for the first time it absolutely takes your breath away. If it didn't get cold or snow in Tennessee I might consider living there. This Floridian loves his tropical weather far too much.

Great stuff. Thanks for sharing. One of my favorite "scenic drive/dash cam" videos I have seen so far. Normally I prefer real time videos without music, for immersion's sake, but a well made sped up video with music, like this one, has its own charm and place. The music is nothing I would normally listen to, but in the context of this video, it works well.

Hmm, at this vid's speed, seems that "retired" private eye James "Sonny" Crockett--former Detective with the Miami/Metro-Dade PD OCB--has been tapped by his old employer, Florida's Dade County, courtesy of his now-again-current flame, Commander Gina Calabrese, successor to Lt. Castillo, to preform an extradition job from Denver. He's got another Ferrari as his "main wheel", and he's been visiting his son, Sgt. William Crockett of the Grand Junction PD and his grandchildren. Sgt. Crockett rides along to help Dad on this job. That's the "BACK STORY" of this vid, to explain the speeds of up to 140MPH. If we DO take this vid, and imagine it, as another episode of "Miami Vice", well, we will then have to "ignore" all of those PEPPY AND EMPTY semi-trailer-tractor trucks, and, also being passed by other motorists! And, you know(?), about 40% of this music, could probably and actually pass Michael Mann's muster, for inclusion in this TV Series' Soundtrack! All-in-all, this entire vid gives you an EXCELLENT grasp of the geography through which we traverse. Thanks a million, AED!!
@AdventureEveryDay Жыл бұрын
Double speed seemed to fit this video well, the synthwave music fits pretty well too I think. What could be better than flying down the road through the Rockies?
@swithinbarclay4797 Жыл бұрын
@@AdventureEveryDay Well, what "could" be "better", is the reverse route vid that you shot. Going back to TV Land, I can just imagine, from a TV Series that was on the air, not too many years ago. It's "J.A.G." If they'd continued the series, Naval Attorney/Fighter Pilot Harmon Rabb (David James Elliott) would be a Rear Admiral by now, but let's imagine how HE'D do this ride. He'd be giving his lady-love, Brigadier General, USMC Sarah MacKenzie (Catherine Bell) a ride in his FA-18 Hornet, with her riding in the RIO's backseat, on deck, at almost Mach-speed. And every time they hit a curve, they'd be racking up the G's!

Worse stretch of Interstate in the country. Scenic, absolutely. Fun to drive. Hell no. Condition of the road is terrible. Huge bumps and pot holes. Never ending construction going either way. Needs to be at least three lanes all the way. And the part east of Vail where it reduces from 3 to 2 lanes causes walking pace speeds and miles and miles of back up. If there is an accident, forget about it. I drove from Grand Junction to Denver yesterday. Took me 6.5 hours. Miserable drive. And make sure your vehicle is in good condition. Lots of steep inclines and curves. And like everywhere else in this country, the far right lane is now the fast lane.
