You have so enriched our lives with your travel. Thank you for the extended time on I-70 in Colorado and the unedited video of the canyon. It was spectacular. And in terms of editing, thank you for showing us your safe arrival at your rest stop - humans love completed acts and knowing you were tucked in for the night after hours of driving was restful to viewers as well as for you.

What he hit in that drive was massive and took in some of the most beautiful terrain this country has to offer. As great a job as he did, it still doesn't do it justice. The drive from Rawlins to Thermopolis is one of a kind.

I’m planning a trip to America from Ireland in May next year . I will be flying into Denver , then from there I’ll be heading to Moab , Arches ,Bryce Canyon and then up to Yellowstone and finishing off by heading across Wyoming into South Dakota Badlands and back to Denver basically a big circle. So I’ll be driving this same route through the Rockies .To say I’m excited is an understatement and it’s because of your great channel I’m able to watch and plan my adventures . Thanks Robert !!

Hope your including Zion National Park in that trip...it's a MUST SEE! Best to be entered from the East (which is I think the way you will be coming) the mile long tunnel (the 2nd one you will pass through) reveals something amazing once your on the other side that I did not expect!

I have been following and enjoying your travels around the US for the past several years. I particularly enjoy seeing the country, places and attractions that I never had the opportunity to see, as well as places where I have traveled and seeing things that I missed. I am pleased that you like traveling I-70 through Glenwood Canyon and even went out of your way to travel that section of the interstate system. I was a member of the design team at the Colorado Department of Transportation where I worked on the design of that segment of I70 through the canyon for 16 years, which was the last portion of the interstate system to be constructed. The design and construction won many awards and is considered the “Crown Jewel” of the interstate system. I am looking forward to seeing your travels through Alaska and the Yukon country.

I've watched your older videos and even though those were back then they were still great but you have definitely perfected your skills...that canyon drive unedited was epic...as many others here have commented, I loved the drone shots on the 2nd canyon as well, what a treat nearly every Sunday morning that I look forward too and when it's not here I'm sorely disappointed lol...but hey, I know you almost never disappoint! I also liked the story of how that one song that is used mostly when the drone is used came into being...I know whenever that starts it's about to get EPIC!

I very much enjoyed this video. Especially, the shots of the goose and wild horses at dawn as well as the cloud before that. The lens you used to take those shots is amazing. You are passing through a lot my old stomping grounds. So, I am really enjoying these latest episodes. I am very partial to this area in SW Wyoming since I worked there as a young man working on drill crews just to the west. Also, as a child, we used to travel from NE Montana to New Mexico every summer to visit our grandparents. We probably took the easterly route you were originally going to take. Finally, a few episodes ago you drove through my old hometown of Mena, Arkansas west of Hot Springs. Next time, stop and I'll buy a flight of IPA at our local brewery! Now, back to the video. PS: I agree. most of this area is featureless terrain that only a plainsman could love. I suppose it is an acquired taste. But when the beauty of God's handiwork is revealed or recognized, it is amazing.

We were in about the same area during the same time period again and did you notice how green a lot of the areas were due to the heavy snow and rain the West had this year? We were in Grand Junction for two nights and never saw a single person or group on the Colorado river due to the flow being so swift and strong. Always looking forward to your travels. Will you take the Beartooth Hwy into Yellowstone? Just the most beautiful road trip, that and the Road to the Sun in Glacier NP.
