Easiest 14er is Pike's Peak, followed by Mt. Blue Sky. If you can make it to the upper trailhead, Sherman is #3.

I found pikes peak to be harder since when you start from the base it’s 25 miles round trip and 7k vert, mt Evans being the tallest peak in CO, with more mileage and vert, id classify as harder than Sherman

for the supposed Easiest 14'er the trail and route finding are not really straightforward. There are zigzagging intersecting trails all over the mountain...a lot of them, not very helpful and some kinda dangerous. Due to a lot of confounding factors Sherman was by far my most traumatizing and sketchy 14'er experience I've every had. But even on a normal day, I would say summiting Bross is easier, Democrat is easier, Grays is easier, Torrey's is easier Even the stats on Democrat only 2150 vert and 4 mile round trip...so only 50 more vert and 1.25 shorter, and the trail is much more clear than Sherman I would say

All just depends on the day I guess; I’ve summited over 30 14ers and have found in my experience Sherman was the easiest! Totally get that can vary from one hiker to the next
