I love watching you shred and think it would be cool if you could add altas map and mark the spot everytime you start a new run. even if it shows only for 5 seconds or so. I am skiing alta later this year and trying to get a lay of the land

I have found the snow in Utah to be quite a bit heavier, grabby, and more difficult to maneuver in than Colorado snow. Utah (at least Little Cottonwood) definitely gets a lot of God's cocaine ❄️ but I prefer the cold smoke we get in Colorado. Alta and the Bird are super fun! Enjoy your trip! Hope to see you in the NFL again the next couple weekends! 🏔

This snow was kind of like sugar tho, it might be the best snow I’ve ever skiied! I do love my CB hardpack and rocks tho ❤️❤️

All depends on the temps, LCC has amazing airy fluff often when the temps are low enough but when it hits high twenties or otherwise close to the freezing point it will be thicker. I’ve never heard anybody state that their general impression was LCC snow was heavier and grabbier than CO snow. Maybe if you were talking about Snowbasin, which is close-ish but at a lower elevation. You likely just had unfortunate timing on your trip to LCC.

I’m guessing he was near Stone Crusher and the end of that run he ended up at the bottom of Lower Ruster. Could be wrong though.

that looks like north rustler/ high nowhere. you can get there from eagles nest and hit cliff lines if you stay skiers right.

Dude, you pick some great lines. What day was that and what skis are you using? Width under foot? We were at Snowbird and Alta 3/4 to 3/7 and it was awesome. Keep up the great work”work”!
