It is amazing how much people putting these on for the first time touch their faces! They cry a lot and wipe their tears which is a normal reaction but I am talking about how they are showing shock and surprise, awe and disbelief. it takes about 15 minutes for the white balance to get adjusted, but i noticed things pretty much immediately

The people seemed to come into somebody else's private estate. Did they or was it theirs? Why was there the notice "No glass No pets"? What does it mean?

This seems to be a pool area belonging to the buildings surrounding it, it is private for the use of the people belonging to that association, very common in the US. Since he lives in that green building they were looking at it seems he is allowed to be there.
