So I'm from Missouri. And we're coming down to port St Louci in may 11 through 18.. For fishing... We usually hit South bridge pretry hard and I am hearing it's closed.. But on other facts what's your opinion on the black water that's happening now and the dampening that it's going to do on fishing... Help me out here.. Are the bait fish back up or are they still gone
