I think your playing the wrong mod because type Colorbox in scratch then scroll you see the mode and it had anamation

No they were playing the right mod, you can see in the description they linked back to the mod with the animations. I find that Scratch can take up a lot of RAM (Especially the Incredibox games) and becomes laggy very quickly if you don't have a good computer, which is probably why they removed them for this.
