How can you mount it so that the bulb is facing up (not hanging)?

Hello, Thank you for watching! To mount the sockets so that they are facing up, you would essentially need to sandwich the ring between a 1" All Thread and thread on couplers to each side. This should allow the socket to sit facing up and be in a fixed position.
