子柒微博技术贴 那个..视频里用的花是食用玫瑰，不是花店里卖的那那种月季切花。在月季玫瑰傻傻分不清楚的情况下不要跟着做嗷! ! ! 好了唠正事...玫瑰酱去年做过，不过去年用的大马士革，今年用的平阴玫瑰。做法都一样，天刚亮露水未干之时摘连夜盛开的玫瑰(所以我就没洗了，怕有灰尘的胖友就洗洗再晾干，不要有生水)花瓣+红糖- :顿搓， 最后淋上一层蜂蜜在表面隔离空气就可以密封发酵了..至少三月以上，我后来做鲜花饼的玫瑰酱是去年拍视频做的那一罐，已经发酵一年... 玫瑰米酒的做法跟传统米酒做法一样，不过多加了玫瑰花瓣， 泡米一夜，蒸八分熟，晾温拌入甜酒曲密封发酵，冬天时间久一点，夏天发酵快一点。装坛的时候我又多淋了一点凉白开进去~只是为了让它多出一点酒，不过这样发酵会慢一点，不加凉白开一般1到2天就发酵好了，加了要再多发酵个两三天。

She has done rose recipe before so it is quite similar with her earlier video. 1. Pick roses (duh) 2. First batch: Pick the petals and put into a jar, add brown sugar and mush it together with hand. Add honey. Seal it and let it ferment for 3 months. End product is Rose Jam/Paste. 3. Second batch: Put water to uncooked rice. Steam the rice on a steamer (without the water? i dont know). After that break the rice leaven into powder form and add water. Add the rice leaven water and rose petals into the rice and mix it well. Put into jar, and dig a hole into the middle so you can easily scoop out the wine later. Seal it and ferment it for 3 to 5 days. End product Rose Rice Wine. 4. Third Batch: Add flour, white sugar and lard aka pork fat and make into dough. Next add low gluten flour/low protein flour/cake flour and rose powder and lard together. Let it sit for half and hour. Flatten the white dough and and red dough and wrap it up. Roll it up several times. This is to make the pastry become flaky after baked. For the fillings, mix the rose jam/paste from first batch and crushed peanuts together and roll into balls. Flatten the dough again and wrap the fillings with it. Baked it with the residue heat from the oven. End product Rose Pastry.

李子柒是一個我相當佩服的女人， 她那種傳統式的生活我們小時候也過過， 我從小出生在台北市，我們家沒有自來水，喝井水，每天都要去打水，沒有瓦斯爐，要上山砍柴，每天光打水，砍柴 ， 為了吃一頓飯，要自己種菜，拔菜，那種生活實在很累。 小時候我姊姊，看到別人家有瓦斯爐，有自來水，常常都在抱怨，做家事很累，所以我的童年過得很不快樂， 不快樂的原因不是因為家裡窮沒有自來水，沒有瓦斯爐， 主要的原因是一天到晚聽我姊姊在抱怨這個，抱怨那個，連洗個碗，都乒乒砰砰的，把碗摔了很多缺角。 事實上，李子柒她的生活實在很艱苦，那種艱苦的環境不是我們現代人能忍受的， 可是我每次看他的影片，都很想一看再看，為什麼呢 ?因為她的生活雖然艱苦，可是她的影片並沒有表現出很艱苦，要人同情，要人可憐她的樣子。 如果這樣的生活發生在台灣，我想大部分的人，都只是要社會救助他，希望有人送瓦斯爐給他，幫忙送煤氣，來改善他現在的生活。 但李子柒過那種艱苦的生活，她的影片變沒有表現出 要人可憐她，反而是把這種艱苦的生活變成一種美學，變成一種藝術，她把最美的畫面呈現給世人，讓世人分享他的生活，這種想法相當了不起。 以前我們家被台北市政府拆了，在外面根本租不起房子，生活出現困境，我那時候自己重建家園，要別人可憐我們，來幫忙我們，根本不可能，看到台灣人跑去幫助日本人，印尼人災後重建 ，那時我想台灣人都跑到國外做愛心，應該會幫忙自己的台灣人，而我不知道找了多少慈善機構要他們幫忙我，但就是沒有人會同情我們。 我看著哥哥弟弟頻頻自殺，只好答應他們兩個人，不論如何我一定要幫他們重建家園，義無反顧。 所以在這個世界上要人同情你，只會適得其反，因為要找到一個同情你，可憐你的人，比買樂透中大獎還困難，所以一個人窮困，生活困頓，千萬不要想著讓人家來同情你， 台灣人到世界各國做愛心，那只不過是一種國際外交政策。 這其實也讓我得到一個經驗 ，如果你很窮，就一定要出名，才有人幫忙你，如果你又窮，又沒有名氣，就不要渴望別人幫忙你，因為別人要幫忙你，也是衝著你有名氣而來的。

@@hoowoo7045 我們出生在台北是本來就很窮， 只不過政府拼命的抽我們地價稅，讓我們繳不起， 當你繳不起地價稅的時候，只好賣土地 ，資本家來了，他們買了土地就發了財， 所以台灣的有錢，是一種剝削制度， 台灣的消費能力是靠敗家子，把土地賣掉，獲得的一筆錢來消費的，從小我們就被洗腦，把三民主義說得多好，結果都是一場騙局，只是我們講出來，世界上沒有一個人會相信，不像大陸人跑去美國罵中共，就會得到廣大的迴響。 英國人，法國人， 美國人，台灣人，日本人等都喜歡醜化中共， 你知道為什麼嗎？因為台灣從大陸拿走了不少黃金，還有故宮博物院的東西，外國人也從中國人從中國搶了不少東西，他們這些強盜，為了掩飾自己搶奪中國文物的合理化， 只能醜化中國，把中國說成是一個野蠻國家。
