Thank you! I purchased both the paper and the nupastels at my local college campus store. I bet you could probably find them on the blick art site!

Are you using prismacolor nupastels? I’m not sure about other brands, but I’ve only seen singular nupastels sold with the white paper. While in nupastel larger packs, they do not come with the white paper
