hey couldn't you cut sort of a wedge from one side to preserve the druzy pocket and then finish it by cutting it straight from the other side?

Cut, cut, cut. You and Drogon make the best team ever. I've always said you have the best honey hole for rocks on the planet and now you have your friend Randall with one too. Each piece had it's own beauty and colors of the rainbow. Eye candy comes to mind when seeing this. Thank you and Drogon for exposing beauty that took millions of years to create. Wonderful! Well heck! Those were all exceptional rocks and a heck of a meal for Drogon! Those crazy lace slabs were so lovely! My goodness they were pretty. I love crazy lace, and those were exceptional beauty's!. And the colorful jaspers and the mossy agates and plumes! Absolutely gorgeous rocks! Drogon must be stuffed! Lol! A Pleasure as always Mom! Petrified Wood is about my favorite due to variation and the different expressions it has. Also the fact your holding something that was alive and elegant some millions of years later is Deep. Think I'll have to go fire up the Greasy Gecko and nip at a few pebbles 😜

Loved the green moss and the plumey agate after it. Stunning rocks. You find some real cracking rocks. I'm quite jealous. I didn't expect you'd be so fast to put rocks up for grabs. I thought you'd be months, so i ordered some stuff from the rock shed and can't afford to buy any if your's for a while. I'f i'd known you were gona have em so soon i'd have held back, but i was dying to get some rocks to cab. Sorry 😔

Okay mopping up the drool. Such incredible rocks and the lacy agates were awesome but honestly the green mossy agate stole the show for me this time. @@MontanaRockMom I'm 10 miles from the Cascades. My river, the Skykomish is up 20 ft. One day 80° next 49°. Now raining on the snow and in a week 90°. Spring in the PNW.

* The first 2 pieces didn't look like wood at all... But, the third slice was a FENOM!! The first slab at the 5:10 mark looked like you should put lite behind it to see if it is IRIS Banding.. You really need to shine light from back to see if the one at 8:10 mark was IRIS bands.. Your green moss would make wonderful pendants.. And the Plumy Jasper was Fascinating as well. Great Pendants as well.. So Cool..

@kimdedominicis6893 I used gorilla wood glue. I waited for it to entirely cure, it held my 25 pound rock perfectly without even a hint of movement or loosening. There have been times in the past where I glued a rock to the wood, but went to cut it too quickly- not enough curing time.
