VAG eeprom programmer + a standard KKL 409.1 cable It's very easy to do, it should be compatible with your TT.

@@gplusgplus2286 Not sure that would work with a VCDS cable, but a KKL 409.1 cable is very cheap anyways.

@@UncommonManFromEarth hey went and bought the blue KKL 409.1 cable (took forever to arrive) but it won't read anything on vag eeprom programmer 1.19g except engine fault codes. Gives timeout errors or wrong baudrate. The blue cable also works with vcds-lite irrespective of driver used on WIn7 32bit. Ideas to retrieve that PIN?

@@Frankie_Freedom just get a cable from a good source with verified feedback. It's a generic cable so anyone should work.

hey. I have received mine today :D. Could you help me a bit? When you spliced into the ecu loom for the map sensor signal, what gauge wire did you use, and how did you get it into the cluster, did you use a connector or something so that the cluster can be easily removed if it's the case?
