@HebrewbyInbal Todah Rabah Inbal. I hope you guys stayed warm last week. I just discovered "Rope Caulk" to seal drafty windows. It's like modeling clay (Play Dough) that you can "squish" (mash, squeeze or push with your finger) into window seams to block the wind and probably humidity in the summer. Be Well!

I always wondered whether there is a reason why almost all colours in hebrew are with an "a" in the first syllable and an "o" in the second syllable.
@HebrewbyInbal13 күн бұрын
There is. It is a template. Hebrew is filled with them

Hi. Yes I noticed that too. It came to my mind when the lady mentioned “blue” (Leviticus blue)
@HebrewbyInbal8 күн бұрын
@davidmoorhouse8190 I am referring to the oldest texts. Old Icelandic stories, ancient Chinese sagas, and even the original Hebrew bible were all missing blue!

@@HebrewbyInbal Okay. My mind was on my Bible..in context with the OT..Moses and the Book of Leviticus. Hence my comment. But Thank you for your response. 🙏

I beg to differ with you about the color blue not existing in biblical times. There were snails from which the color blue was derived to make the tzitzit in antiquity. Blue existed. Interestingly, the snails disappeared from the land for hundreds of years, but began coming back when the Jewish people began coming back. These snails are there now. Check it out.
