Chalk asmr brings me calmness. I work hard every day and take care of my 4 childrens and the moment of rest during my day is when i immerge myself completly in the sounds the crunch the colours the dust. Your crushes are very relaxing. Helps calm my mind down after a long day. At the same time I'm also activated by colors and all the visuals which creates joy bursts for me! :) It's a combo of a happy calm feeling for me. I mostly tune out and relax when listening to crushes.
