I love having a bunch of different neutral palettes for the very reasons you mentioned-- testing out different brands and playing with different formulas. There's even different formulas within the same brand and it's fun to mix and match palettes when doing a look. When I watched her haul video- I knew this was the collection you were hiding from us 🤣

Such pretty Palettes! I LOVE Colourpop! I reach for them over all of my other palettes! A look I enjoy creating is, with a cool-toned taupe-y shade as my transition shade, and then going in with warmer shadows in the crease/outer V! I recently ordered the "Of Quartz" palette, and a gorgeous "Dare to Bare" Neutral Eyeshadow Quad. Thank you for also comparing these to other palettes, so we can see if we already have these shades, or if we need these palettes in our lives! 💝

Thank you for the memory jog- I own both of those palettes so I’m going to pull them out and compare/make my own palette. I don’t like Baroque on its own but maybe combined with Of Quartz?! The palette also reminds me of a Violet Voss palette I bought which didn’t get a lot of coverage on KZbin: Cool Vibes. I may pull that one out as well.

Just from going off memory those 2 blue greyish shades in that one palette look very similar to a few in the UD's Smokey palette. Some of the shimmers might even be close. Can't check right now as I'm outside. I only own 3 CP items. 2 SS's and one of their lip oils. Like I told you before I wasn't at all impressed with the SS's. Especially considering the amount of hype they've received. The lip oil? While I love the color the lip oil didn't impress me either. I have a couple of lip oils from other brands but theirs actually makes my lips dry once it wears off. So unfortunately I'm not too eager to hand over more of my money to them. Yes, they're affordable but if you keep buying products that don't work you're basically tossing money down the drain... 🤷‍♀️
