I agree. I love purple eye shadows, but I think purple should be more often categorized as the color of the rainbow that looks good on ALL eye colors. Personally, green shadows just do something to my brown eyes and complement my skin tone so well that, to me, it looks magical. I LOVE green shadows, and I'm so excited for ColourPop to come out with the green nine pan palette everyone wants!

Purple DEF brings out the green in eyes and I also agree that jewel tones are great for brown eyes. Edit: I think green looks amazing with brown eyes especially

Kittenfish is something I really looked for a dupe for, and couldn't find. I have 2 pretty cruel already and 3 of those other shades in singles. But then they put this on sale and it was cheaper to get the palette than buy 2 other shades that were missing, and kittenfish wasn't a single. They definitely should have mentioned that they created this palette with 4 existing singles.

She loved that pallet too, and her focus is high end, usually, so, I was surprised and bought it. I am still waiting for it’s arrival in the mail!!!! I bought Double Entandre , It’s My Pleasure and Fame because of you and still waiting for that in the mail. I am a new subscriber and love your tutorials!!! I have learned how to do my hooded eyeshadow thanks to Wayne Goss and Stephanie Lange, but lately have been watching you and Mel Thompson for inspiration on looks, you for Colourpop and Mel for higher end brands. I have become addicted to buying eyeshadow pallets and have to STOP buying more, since I have a lifetime supply, at this point. To that end, I will be focusing on watching tutorials on the many pallets I own or those that I am waiting for. Again, thanks for the inspiration!!

Thank you so much for making this video! I have this palette on the way and I was already excited but after this video I just can’t wait to play with it!! Also, I don’t know what you primed your eyes with but I think if you struggled a bit with patchiness it might not be your eyes. Some of these are pressed pigments so maybe they need eye primer instead of just concealer or maybe a different one than the one you may have used? I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ Anyways the looks are gorgeous, I love you and your vids💕

Actually in order to make your eyes pop you have to go across the color wheel so that the colors are contrasting. Brown eyes (especially darker) can wear almost any color and it’ll make them pop because there’s nothing competing with the brown. That’s why I don’t like wearing nudes. Because brown does best with colors.

Would anyone happen to know if Earthshine looks similar to Glass Bull when swatched side by side? They seem to give off a similar purple/icy duochrome look

Temptalia has a side-by-side swatch gallery, earthshine is a purple reflect and glass bull is a blue reflect.

Earthshine is a bright pink with a purple reflect whereas Glass Bull is more of a pinky brown with an aqua reflect.
