I work in packaging - the technical term for the finish on the All That palette packaging would be "satin finish with spot gloss." So most of the palette is that nice, soft finish, but those little pops with are called "spot gloss." Thank you very much for the review!

I have the same issues with my eye shape and lashes! I thought I was the only one lol. Sometimes one lash will be more pointed forward and the other will be more straight up. It's so annoying so I need to glue them accordingly to make semi match.

I’m happy they came out with the Valentines Day collection the whole set is beautiful but the only thing I wish they could of included is the eyeliners red, pink matte & glitter liners :/ it would of definitely give the eye look a pop! Btw I have the same issue with the eyelashes as well and it drives me crazy when I have the same lashes but it looks so different on my eyes never looks the same when I have them on lol it’s weird

Question- how are you supposed to use the glitterly obsessed product? Are they only for the face or can they go on the eye ?

They're a "face and body glitter," so not recommended for the eyes. The glitter is thick and chunky, so it can potentially injure your eyes. You're an autonomous human, so you use it with caution at your own discretion.

what she said ^ lol also i think this might have been the first time i used them on my eyes and i think because its a gel, it kinda made my eyeshadow crease a little! so also keep that in mind. i still think they're better for the body/hair/etc

yes they do? are you talking about the entire set? then no, because it doesn’t work on sets or discounted items. which is why my description box says ‘EXCLUSIONS APPLY’.
