Ingredients for Dosa Batter :
Dosa rice - 5 cups 1kg
Urad dal - 1 cups ( 200 grms )
Poha |flattened rice -1\2 cup (100 grms)
Chana dal- 2 tbsp
Toor Dal -2 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds-1 tbsp
salt to taste
sugar- 1 tbsp for dosa batter for good colour
soaking time - 6 hours
fermentation time - 8 - 10 Hours
