Tia is so shady lol she’s obviously not sincere and is most likely jealous Becca’s the bachelorette not her. Don’t get the hype at all. She’s just annoying. Shes not even attractive. Colton definitely thought she was going to be the bachelorette. His shadiness level is on par with Tia’s.

It's really annoying how people treat others or refer to them like they are their property after they have had any kind of romantic encounter with them before, it's ridiculous. IMO Tia's body language/smile when Becca first brought up Colton's name reveals Tia's lingering feelings for him, not to mention her statements later on.... Also the other Bekah asking Tia that question right after is like a precursor to the Twitter battle between Bekah and Raven that just went down Friday. I'm not a fan of Bekah but that was interesting to rewatch.

Eh. Depends on how it ended. I dated a guy I had been crushing on for a year at 15, my best friend dated him at 16, another best friend dated him at 17 and they've been together for 6 years now. So my third best friend shouldn't have dated him just because I dated him? And a successful 6 year relationship just... Doesn't matter? So girl code depends on how the relationship ended! (This sounds like it was like a popular girls thing - it wasn't, we weren't that group; he's the only guy I dated in my HS (actually same with my other two friends lol) and the three of us were the only girls he dated)

He clearly wasn' t that into her the whole season, and was just being with her because he felt like he had to, so I don't get this whole thing. What doesn’t add up is that why would Tia and Colton end things when HE told her he was going to be on the show. And if it was before the ARIE season and she went and potentially fell in love with arie. Why would Tia think that Colton would think that she would be the bachelorette

Arie's season started airing in January but they finished filming for it in November. So Tia knew how far she got in the show and maybe told him. They didn't know who would be bachelorette at that point but maybe Colton was hoping -- he apparently talked about her in social media and tagged her, so the season had started airing already. I'd say Tia definitely wanted to be bachelorette.

I honestly don't think Colton was hoping for Tia to be the next bachelorette, I think he just wanted a reason to break things off with her. Their relationship has always been one-sided. Tia seemed to be more into Colton than Colton was into her.

Some people say Tia thought she had a chance of being bachelorette. She got far enough on Arie's show which was filmed by the time Tia and Colton went out. I'd say she wanted to be bachelorette from her actions etc. Some people think Colton is a social climber, and perhaps if they thought Tia had a good chance of being bachelorette, Colton saw an opportunity to get far in the show, which would really help his exposure. I'm not sure who broke it off but applicants and contestants on the show are not supposed to be dating people outside the show. Then Tia realized later how much she liked him while appearing on Becca's season and knowing that Colton was indeed competing for Becca. For sure, Colton was not as into her as she was into him. I suspect he just saw a good opportunity.
