Columbia Harbour House Lunch Review | Magic Kingdom | BEST Healthy Theme Park Food

On today's dining review, I went to Magic Kingdom to check out Columbia Harbour House. I have eaten here many times before, but it has been quite a while. This places has long been a favorite of mine and Matthew's for a lighter bite in the theme park. They did get rid of one of our favorite dishes, the tuna fish sandwich, and replaced it with a fried fish sandwich.
I was particularly impressed with the quality of my food today. I mobile ordered the salmon off of the gluten allergy menu. My food came out on a purple tray delivered by a chef who asked if I had any questions about the food. It was clearly prepared very fresh. It was not overcooked, nor did it lack flavor. It was simply seasoned to perfection with salt and pepper. The rice that it came with was also delicious. It was seasoned well and cooked right. This meal usually comes with a side of green beans, but I opted to skip those this time.
