Any recommendations as to the tackle ? How much weight do you usually use, on average, on that stretch of the river? 👍

Being resident fish, are the Columbia smallmouths in the area they're fishing good and safe to eat?
@Nik-gh6gz Жыл бұрын
Being smallmouth, no

@@Nik-gh6gz Bummer. Thanks. Gotta believe they eat plenty of salmon smolts.
@Nick.smb.Outdoors Жыл бұрын
@@pancakeface5717 yeah they’re safe to eat . I know plenty of people who will keep 2-3 a trip and make fish tacos with the fillets.

@@pancakeface5717PNW people are so dramatic when it comes to thinking everything is trying to get their salmon and steelhead. The Columbia is full of crawfish, sculpin, and shad. The fish I catch barf that stuff up, not smolts.

Is the 331 a color that's made anymore? Can't find it.

Same here. Looks like it was possibly called "coke" but it is not on the chart anymore.

Hey Justin, why don’t you film a episode on Horseshoe Lake or the Lower Columbia River?
@AnglerWestTV Жыл бұрын
I have plans for the lower Columbia soon. I'll work on Horseshoe. Been some great fish caught in there lately. Would be fun.

@@AnglerWestTV you should watch Outdoor GPS and other programs, they don’t give specific locations, they generalize their locations. Please work on that Justin, thank you
