First of all, you guys got fish, so way to go! Second, standing in/on the splash well to net probably isn’t a great practice. On a day when the water is rougher, or a boat wake sneaks up, or you just lean too far, someone is going swimming. Pull the rod holder and then the netter has a place to stand on the deck and net.

Agreed. I was waiting for it. When I’m netting I don’t want to put myself further from the fish. Awesome bunch of fish
