The moderate and conservative students of these Universities should file class action lawsuits against their schools. They have a clear claim that they are being deprived of what they are paying for as a direct result of administration policy, action, and inaction. Even if they might eventually lose their case, the publicity and forced legal action would wake up the schools and force them to change policy. They should also be contacting alumni and boosters and encouraging them to publicly announce the withdrawal of financial support.

Even if they do remain peaceful, they're still breaking the law by trespassing. What they don't take into account is that in successful "civil disobedience" in the past, particularly the 60s civil rights movement, the marchers were willing to face the consequences because they felt that strongly about their cause. They knew they could be physically attacked by counter-protesters, brutalized by police, thrown in jail, and even worse and didn't demand amnesty for their actions. And they absolutely didn't wear masks to hide their faces!
