None of it was his fault: those 2 wanted to kill anybody & had his fried stayed inside, the chances of him dying were high. You can grieve over your friend's senseless death but you could do nothing to change the outcomes of that day.

You be the one who survived then come back and tell us how you feel! I'm not saying you are wrong in what you said because you are not! I'm saying it's hard as hell and some folks may never come back from it. No matter how much it makes sense to everyone else that is the reality of living thru it. I survived a tornadoe last yr that killed 4 of my next door neighbors on both sides of me. Blew their houses away and most of the foundations but didn't do much to my house. Looks like a bomb went off and one house left pretty much untouched and that's my house. Wasn't no way I had any control over none of that and I know it but it don't help none! I don't understand why it don't it just doesn't. This man must have it so much worse and I pray for him cause I couldn't imagine what's in his head.

God bless dude. Don’t blame yourself or beat yourself up for your friend’s murder. YOU HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT! You had no clue it was going to happen and if you had, you would have saved him. Just live your life to the fullest and praise God/ Jesus for the rest of your days. That’s what your friend would want you to do 100% and I promise you that.
