@@Sindibad007 Hello, Thank you for the compliment and watching! I don't think the supply is going to catch up with the demand. The interest rates are still low for buyers and a lot of people moving here for jobs. When it comes to Zillow Zestimates, it depends. Once in a while, one will be correct but it's best to reach out to a Realtor for a Comparative Market Analysis or to look and see what homes have been selling for lately, in a particular neighborhood.
