I don't see what the difficulty is with identifying this person. You have heard credit card information. It wasn't rejected because it was stolen She removed it from the machine prematurely. So it's her. Just send somebody out to arrest her. That's assault.

The restaurant posted on their Instagram that the perpetrator has been identified and she admitted to the act, but not been taken into custody. I hope they pressed charges because this behaviour is not okay.

I'm sick of this shit. We need to create a civility law specifically for people who behave like complete shit bags in public and treat service workers like this. It should be a massive fine, like $5,000, and if they physically assault an employee or cause damage to the business property, it should be 30 days in jail and 60 days of community service.
