Hey, welcome to the tutorial (Doesn't work for AMD)
These setting changes should hopefully fix any CA lag/fps drop issues you have, make the game smooth with increased FPS. Might also work on other versions of CA(Brasil, Russia, Reloaded)...
Download NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL from Microsoft Store if you don't have it

Does it work same way for laptop users? oh, and about the engine? both can be used?

yea same for laptop, engine is up to you, usually prefer engine 2 since it doesnt bug the mouse

I Use AMD and the only issue i have is that when the game gives me an Award lets say megaphone for play time my game freezes for a moment idk if its me or the game's fault

I feel some freezes in engine2 but im not sure its about AMD. I got rx580 xd
