I met 1 of General Pattons photographers. Omg the pictures in and around his house are amazing. Even with Patton and his troops pissing in the Rine River.

Enjoyed this video of the veteran tanky taking part in your video ...... but... probably trigger some very bad memories for him. Salute to him and his service. Survivor !

Not a ww2 sherman....its a canadian grizzly..a training vehicle which never saw action...its prob one sold as surplus by portugal in 1984....and most were repainted as ww2 shermans..it has standard cdp tracks instead of the ww2 us rubber block ones...a dead giveaway to it's TRUE identity
@vasopelАй бұрын
yes a grizzly al right ,although those were NOT cdp (canadian dry pin) tracks, those where T49 tracks (or T56)
@soren.0073Ай бұрын
hello
@scottmaz4063Ай бұрын
They also put wood by the tracks so the Germans couldn't use magnetic mines on them.

the whole Sherman thing, its ridiculous. the number one safest 'frontline' role on the allied side was a Sherman crew member. only 1 in 30 ended up a casualty and only a fraction of those were deaths.
