I love the similarities to American Filipino Boxjng from the Inosanto Academy… that came from “Lucky” Lucay Lucay… that now has crept into all Filipino Martial Arts. We all do it, but I believe that is where it all came from… for FMA… 52 Blocks comes from an understanding of destructive defence as well, I think… these are just opinions here. But the same need gets to similar conclusions. Love it!!!

I agree with you, Brother: Similar needs do come to similar conclusions, & in the case of 52 & Filipino Boxing, those similarities may more deliberate. One of the individuals credited with having a hand in putting the system together had had some exposure to FMA.

If I understand your question correctly, you're asking how to address crooked punches ches like the upper cut & the hook, correct?
