Agreed, I guess I still want that sandbox without Portals. I know Splitty has its no portal mode and some solid maps, I've played and covered it here, but I still want a Halo 3 style game, I think it would be very popular

Yeah, it was a mobile title that's been around for awhile, but it just hit PC. I think it's honestly pretty fun. Not sure how long it will hold the attention of the wider scene, but it definitely shows that these efforts to go against the shortcomings of the AAA fps market is becoming more common and gaining some momentum (I hope)

Thank you for bringing up Halo man. We need more Halo indie games. It is a style of gameplay that is unmachted and really fun. I recommend everyone check out "Project Onyx" for a Halo inspired game currently in development. It is looking really promising and the guy is doing a great job on the weapon sandbox and core gameplay mechanics.
