Just thought I would drop a little comment to say a massive thank you to JV,I don't know this guy personally just what I see on here but this man has inspired me to get fitter and stronger. So I get started by watching these videos about 2 to 3 weeks ago,I follow a couple of circuits then I weighed myself 10 days ago,I was 200lb now for a guy who is 5 foot 4inch that's not a good weight so decided to watch my calories alongside following JV,I just weighed myself and I have lost 10lb 😃,I'm so happy so thank you JV,I appreciate you putting these videos up even though you don't have to 🤝

Hi, I'm just posting to say thanks, since march last year in the UK you have been 1 of the 3 go to channels for my workouts. I didn't have any boxing experience previously but feel as though over the past year I am both stronger, fitter and more skilled. More importantly it has boosted my self worth and confidence, the type of stuff you can't buy at a shop. Thanks very much.

Workout felt great doing as intended at home last time. Tried it outside on a bag and had to scale abs to leg raises and side crunches cause I'm without a mat here. Not too bad but I'll do an ab circuit before calling it a day. Thanks Coach ♥

Great workout. Very nice scheme but in my case I resigned with 30 second break. There are two or three uncomfortable combos but I handle them in my way ;). Anyway, awesome workout from You coach and keep the tempo! Ahoy!

@@mukund1468 too bad😪 but you can still do a lot. I've got a cast on because of a broken finger so I use one hand on the bag and two for shadow boxing and I work on my reflexes using a slip bag😉 just be careful 🙏🏽

I started with his shadow boxing- the one where I am dodging the punches. They were too advanced for me too, so I would just do one part for 15 minutes, and then come back to it and go along with more of the vid as I would get it down. Be patient with yourself, and you will get it!
