I can do the rice pilaf. But i think i would need at least 50 attempts to get the risotto to work.

Chef Don you are telling us that you add Saffron and it is very expensive. Why do t you use Turmeric instead of the Saffron? It bring the same color to the dish. Is there other benefits to our heath than just the color? Many thanks for a reply.

But ' pilaf' ...by definition, is finishing the grain's cooking by putting it in the oven..!!!! Why did you do it completely on top of the stove????
