Well, it's nice to virtually meet the person that supplies The Umstead with their oysters. Love your oysters and love it when I get a chance to dine at Herons. Chef Thompson does a wonderful job with his menu. But your oysters take center stage and doesn't need much encouragement for them to shine. Eat local, eat regional and eat state products. Support your small farmers and businesses... I'll be looking into getting your oysters for a party that's coming up...

Just got to say he has awesome hair. Great business venture. I would like to know more about how to start oyster raising...I mean where do the babies come from etc.
