I spent ten years visiting and researching stone circles. As my birthday is winter solstice we visited nine ladies and it was the only time in over a thousand visited sites, we walked straight into pagans during rituals. Even got talking afterwards. I can recommend the hobby as it gets you to places you wouldn’t ever visit. There are 4,500 sites on our wonderful isle. I stopped at the Scottish border due to expense. Great content!

Maybe a pumping house of some sort? Probably housing a steam engine to run something like an old stamp mill.

Thank you for sharing Ben Totally get why has to be kept secret As sadly most people have no respect for history and would pull it to bits for a momento or graffiti on it... Amazed at some of the places you've found... Thank you for sharing your adventures Ben much appreciated

The 9 ladies stone circle is an English Heritage site. There is also a large Folly not far from the stone circle.

Come back at 1am, you probs gonna see some scary lingering spirits or something similar in those places, it already has that creepy vibe like a 1700s witch house

It's stonework just like in Peru, it could be proof the south americans were there hundreds of years ago.

Or Aliens built both ?
@jollyroger7624Күн бұрын
@@StevenPhillips-g9n Never thought of that. But when you consider the use of metal that makes sense. The early Brittunculi of would not have had such sophisticated metal working technology. I did consider relict survivors from Atlantis, so it's really a toss-up. (or cover up by the authorities)
