Join me as I make a healthy breakfast.
Here, I'll be making some oat pancakes, turkey sausages, eggs, and some fruit.
Oat pancakes recipe.
70g oats.
1 egg.
3g of oil in pancakes.
15g mrs Butterworth syrup.
1.25ml of baking powder.
2.5 ml of vanilla extract.
Cinnamon.
Sprinkle of salt.
Sweetner packet.
Blend together and let sit for 10 mins before using.
Then add 60g blue berries.
10g unsweetened dark chocolate.
That is everything needed for oat pancakes.
Then join us as we head for buylow food grocery store. It's over an hour there and back. We are trying to get as many steps in a day as we can to burn some calories, especially before we chow down on some good dinner.
